Bug 991: OpenID 2.0 is not supported
Need to:
* Fixeagle's problem.
* Fix connecting up with Facebook.
After this need to:
* Improve OpenID UI experience.
* Add a better error message for when a page is not retrieved at all as opposed to not finding OpenID there.
* Template Toolkit and route the OpenID process, down with BML!
